" Back in 2012 my long suffering folder was falling apart.

A friend told me about Frank's excellent service, and as a result the folder became once again roadworthy and continues to grace the luggage racks of railway carriages up and down the country.

A year later Frank gave my six year old mountainbike it's first proper service - and now I can abuse it with much more confidence.

Next in line is the roadbike - a mere three years old and with just over 8,000 miles on the clock is also due for some TLC.

Frank is just a phone call away - and his collection / delivery service and attention to detail is much appreciated ".

" I have used THECHAINLINK for four years now for the regular maintenance and rebuild of both my road and mountain bikes. I have found them to be professional, reliable, and good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending them for everything from small repairs to a custom build ".

Andrew ( Malvern )

" Friendly, efficient service. Always time to talk about options for work to be done and possible upgrades/changes... for different gearing for example.

Particularly like the ability to have the bike picked-up / delivered if required - sometimes very useful.

Always been happy with the work undertaken - been using Frank for a few years now."

Steve Earnshaw

" Frank obviously knows his stuff – and he loves bikes. I’m always happy that he knows exactly what he is doing, and he is very willing to explain his work. He communicates well, and I always get value for money.

Good personal service! "
Simon Quilley

" Frank has consistently provided a high quality service, maintaining my collection of bikes at very reasonable prices. I am particularly impressed that he test rides all bikes that have been repaired and delivers the completed bike to your home.

I am delighted with the quality of service."
